Are you on the right seat, do you feel your passion lies elsewhere, is family life giving you new perceptions? For all these questions `inspiration for change ‘ is the right programme. For those who wonder if they are still on the right track, the workshop in Finland will give you the tools to investigate. About 120 kilometres above the pole circle in Lapland (Finland) we go with you in search of your real motivation and ambition for work, life and career with as base camp, a former (beautifully renovated) logger cabin. We will do this together by making a connection between survival in the pole area and making choices in your career.
The programme wil give you a critical mirror in order to get insight in your personality, the responsibility to lead your own career and the (im) possibilities for personal development. On the basis of natural preferences and values you will learn how to make choices which will influence your life and your work. You will get to work with topics such as work/life balance, making career in the peak hours of your life and, developing your talents. Career questions and tasks will be combined with outdoor activities like a dog sled excursion, ice fishing, learning survival techniques, tracing reindeers and, if we are lucky, all under a sky filled with the Northern lights. The unique environment, far away from your daily references, will help you anchor your new insights.
